a decent stay
broad range breakfast buffet excellent location hard pillow difficult reach
the breakfast buffet provided a broad range of options. the location proved excellent for travel around the area. (it's a nice touch)
the reception seemed understaffed. it was hard to reach someone by calling from the room. the pillows felt very thick and hard (not what i expected).

easy parking swimming pool comfortable bed faulty thermostat cash deposit slow service
i found parking easy upon arrival. the hotel also had a pool. the bed was quite comfortable in my room.
the thermostat did not seem to work correctly. i requested a cash deposit back. i waited a long time for the male receptionist to get my refund.

stingy front desk extra toothpaste
The room was a good size. I could even stream from my own device on the TV.
The front desk was stingy. I asked for toothpaste, but they turned me down. This hotel is expensive. The least they could have done is provided a single extra toothpaste. They were small.

decent stay overall
breakfast buffet easy uber access friendly staff ineffective air conditioning uncomfortable bed small pool
the breakfast buffet had a great selection with fresh eggs and honeycomb. it was easy to get ubers to key sightseeing spots. all the staff were very friendly and helpful it made the stay quite enjoyable
the air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective so the rooms were warm. the beds were also not very comfortable. the pool was also quite small for swimming

The room included shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. I was able to store my luggage at the hotel after checking out early (a very convenient service).
